i)     Mae Fah Luang Foundation under Royal Patronage, Doi Tung Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, Chief Technical Officer : As the senior associate of the center, the CTA: coaches members of the management team; prepares technical options for CSE management & international projects; defines technical needs of the CSE; leads the project planning process; provides quality assurance of CSE technical inputs; represents CSE and MFLF to the donor and development communities. ii)  World Bank/Lao PDR/National Growth and Poverty Eradication Strategy Costing & Public Expenditure Review/Agriculture, Economis t: Assisted with the preparation of agriculture sector costing and an overview document for public sector costing of the National Economic and Social Development Plan, 2006-2010; and, the public expenditure review of the agriculture sector. v) World Bank/Lao PDR/Lower Xébangfai River Basin Rural Livelihoods Study, Regional Economic Development Planner & Team Leader: Assisted the World Bank and the Lao Government with formulation of a rural livelihoods development project in the lower Xébangfai River basin, Khammouane Province, south-central Laos. Managed a multi-disciplinary team of social, economic, and environmental consultants to develop a project document. May 2004 – present.

vi) Doi Tung Development Project/Thailand, Advisor: Engaged as the Development Administration Advisor to the CEO, Doi Tung Development Project, Chiangrai Province, northern Thailand, operated by the Mae Fah Luang Foundation Under Royal Patronage, to assist with organization and management of the Doi Tung Regional Knowledge Center, in support of replication of successful project activities related to alternative development, in Shan State, Myanmar (Burma) and northern Laos. vii) UNESCAP/Asia Strategy Forum/Promoting SME Participation in Global Value Chains in the Greater Mekong Subregion, Private Sector Development Specialist/Economist: Analysis of the global value chains in agribusiness in the GMS as they impact on policy formulation and fostering local enterprises. viii) Governance and Local Development (GOLD) Network Centre/Thailand, Environmental Governance Advisor: Providing ad hoc advice to the GOLD Network Centre, a non-profit unit within MIDAS, related to the administration of environmental programs at the local government level in rural Thailand. xi) ADB/Greater Mekong Subregion/Working Group on Agriculture, Private Sector Development Specialist /Agribusiness Development Specialist: Engaged by the ADB Mekong Department to research and advise on agribusiness development promotion in the GMS within the context of the Working Group on Agriculture. Assisted the ADB, Government of Lao PDR, and private sector groups to develop private sector agribusiness and agroindustrial initiatives related to cross border agricultural production supply chains linked to poverty alleviation in the subregion. xii) ADB/Lao PDR/Northern Region Strategic Action Plan, Private Sector Developer & Agriculture/Environment Sector Analyst: Responsible for appraising the agroecological and environmental conditions in northern Laos and making recommendations for strategic development of livestock, agriculture, and forestry, including opium replacement activities in the region and developing initiatives for private sector development. Assisting the Lao Governments Committee for Planning and Coordination to prepare a strategic plan to reduce poverty in the northern region, in the context of the GMS. January 2003 – March 2004.

xiii) World Bank/Lao PDR/Poverty Reduction Strategy Plan, Agriculture and Environment Specialist: Assisted the Lao Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry to prepare the crops, livestock, forestry, fisheries, and rural development components of the national growth and poverty eradication strategy (NGPES) of the Lao Government. Also responsible for providing critical review of the poverty-environment nexus in the context of Lao PDR. November 2002 – January 2003.

xiv) ADB/Lao PDR/Tree Plantations for Livelihood Improvement project preparation, Environment Specialist: Responsible for preparing the Initial Environment Evaluation for phase 2 of the ADB supported Industrial Tree Plantations Project in Lao PDR. September 2002 & February 2003-December 2003.

xv) ADB/Lao PDR/Lao-ADB Plantation Forestry Project, Environmental Monitoring Specialist: Responsible for design and operation of environmental monitoring system for industrial tree plantations, including training of forestry technicians in operating the system, analyzing data, and reporting on results of environmental monitoring. Tasks included rural and participatory appraisal among villagers impacted by the tree plantations project, using a socio-technical profile methodology. December 1995- March 2003.

xvi) ADB / Lao PDR / Environmental Sector Strategy Note, Environmentalist: Prepared a strategic framework for ADB assistance in the environment sector. Background report included a review of the state of the environment; priorities for assistance; proposal of key indicators to measure environmental progress; examination of agricultural development programs and food security issues; and, assessment of development impact of previous environmental assistance.  March-November 1999.

xvii) DANCED/Thailand/Natural Resources and Biodiversity Institute Development Project, Trade and Environment Advisor: Part-time assistance, 12 months over 36 months to Natural Resources and Biodiversity Institute (NAREBI), Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives on conservation and environmental issues related to trade in agricultural and livestock products. Assignment included design and operation of trade and environment monitoring system (TEMS) to monitor international environmental conventions and in-service staff training (institutional strengthening). 9/99 – 8/2002.
